Tweet this charities articlePE is an international solidarity NGO whose mandate is to fight against trafficking in human beings. This scourge, which is about 2.5 million people a year, in fact affects most countries that are either countries of origin or country of destination, or both.
Born in Nepal, Planete Enfants has developed many programs to prevent trafficking and protect victims. Planete Enfants is also working in France to raise public awareness and to challenge the authorities on the subject of trafficking and one of its immediate causes, prostitution. Planete Enfants is currently seeking funds to open other centres of prevention in countries most affected by trafficking.
